Ranch Pork Chops

~Yummy~

My kiddo actually ate this way too fast. He said it was too good not to though. Hubby said it was a 9.5 out of 10. The only thing holding it back from a 10, according to him, was I should of used boneless instead of bone-in. The bone almost disintegrated in the Crockpot. I would give it about a 9 out of 10 myself for the same reason. I was picking bones out of my teeth. That was my own fault though.

RANCH PORK CHOPS- 4-6 chops. 6 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning. 4-6 potatoes (red or sweet for paleo). Carrots. 8 oz chicken broth.
This recipe is brought to you by Mama Inspired go check her out!

A disappointment

I was supposed to go to the gym at 10:30 to meet with a personal trainer. Unfortunately my kiddo's school called at 9:50 to tell me he was in the office sick. I HATE seeing him sick but man was I disappointed that I couldn't go. It would've been my first time back since last summer. Her next appointment isn't until next Tuesday. So while I wait as long as he's feeling better I'll go tomorrow and Friday without the training. I have the basics of what to do and really isn't it just about getting off your a$$? ;) Until next time!

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

WOW! This was A-MA-ZING!!

Thank you Thank you Thank you Holly at Spend with Pennies for sharing this recipe.

Now not only was I a huge fan but my husband AND my 9 year old were also huge fans. My son is an insanely picky eater. HUGELY PICKY EATER!

He absolutely devoured this.. well minus the mushrooms. However, that was one of this recipe's strong points.

The only changes I made were I used all chicken broth instead of including the white wine and also used more mushrooms. :)

Going forward I will try and get the adjoining pictures to go along with future recipes I cook.

Thank you for reading. My next post will be coming soon.
